Warehouse Coach (Bilingual)
Location: Surprise, AZ
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, (7AM-4PM)
Overtime: Must be willing to work overtime as needed
We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Warehouse Coach.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily associate performance and productivity metrics.
- Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and support to improve performance.
- Train and develop associates on job duties, company processes, and best practices.
- Identify performance gaps and create coaching plans to support improvement.
- Partner with leadership to address attendance, quality, and productivity concerns.
- Reinforce company safety standards and promote a culture of accountability.
- Recognize and celebrate associate achievements and positive performance.
- Maintain accurate coaching and performance records.
- Serve as a resource and mentor for associates throughout their employment journey.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment center experience required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and positively influence others.
- Comfortable working with performance metrics and operational goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
