We are looking for a Business Data Analyst to join our Data team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with key business stakeholders, including Directors and C-level leaders, providing insights that influence strategic decisions and support sustainable business growth.
You will apply your analytical expertise to transform complex data into actionable recommendations, helping shape market expansion, customer acquisition, and retention strategies. Your work will have a direct impact on how we prioritize initiatives and make data-informed decisions across the organization.
- Contribute to codebase — develop our analytics codebase and reporting layer across the full customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with leadership — work with Directors and C-level teams to translate market insights into strategic recommendations for pricing and product development.
- Build analytical models — create comprehensive reports and advanced models (including ML) to enable data-informed decision-making.
- Partner with Customer Success — design churn prevention strategies and identify cross- and upsell opportunities.
- Support Finance and RevOps — assist in revenue forecasting and monitoring revenue performance.
- Data manipulation — Python, PySpark, SQL, Databricks, Google BigQuery, MS Excel/Sharepoint
- Reporting — PowerBI
- AI tools — Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Gemini Pro
- Data Analytics experience — minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics or BI roles with expertise in extracting insights.
- Educational background — Master's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or Technology (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical proficiency — proficiency in SQL and Excel for business analysis, with working knowledge of Python or R.
- Reporting tools — familiarity with Power BI or other reporting tools to support evidence-based decisions.
- Statistical techniques — understanding of statistical analysis and methodology for accurate data validation.
- Communication — excellent skills to effectively convey complex findings to stakeholders at all levels.
- Languages — fluency in Polish and English at a minimum C1 level.
- Salary — B2B: 12 500 – 18 000 PLN net · Employment: 10 400 – 15 000 PLN gross
