You’ll collaborate with both technical teams and operational stakeholders to ensure the system performs seamlessly — and that users have the tools they need to succeed.</p> <p>What You’ll Do:<br /> Analyze workflows, gather user requirements, and design Epic HB solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy.<br /> Configure, test, and deploy Epic HB applications and upgrades.<br /> Partner closely with revenue cycle teams to enhance claim submission, payment posting, and collections processes.<br /> Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues while delivering exceptional customer service.<br /> Serve as a trusted advisor and liaison between users, IT, and vendors to ensure a high level of performance and satisfaction.<br /> Provide training, documentation, and go-live support to help users get the most from the system.</p> <p>What We’re Looking For:<br /> Epic HB Certification (required).<br /> 5+ years of experience supporting Epic Hospital Billing in a large healthcare environment.<br /> Strong understanding of hospital billing workflows, from charge capture through collections.<br /> Proven ability to analyze, configure, and optimize Epic applications.<br /> Excellent communication and problem-solving skills — someone who’s equally comfortable working with IT peers and non-technical end users.<br /> If you’re ready to join a collaborative, patient-focused environment where your expertise will be valued and your ideas will make a difference, we’d love to connect.</p>
