This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to solve complex coordination issues while maintaining project schedules and quality standards.

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) 5-7 years of experience in construction documentation Advanced Revit proficiency Strong understanding of building codes and accessibility standards Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills Experience with educational facility design preferred

• Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure Experience with renovation and adaptive reuse projects Knowledge of sustainable design and LEED
