Overview

We are now hiring a Speech Language Pathologist in Cumberland, MD. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about helping patients improve communication, swallowing, and overall quality of life through individualized therapy services.

This role is ideal for a licensed Speech Language Pathologist who enjoys working collaboratively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams in a clinical healthcare setting.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients for speech, language, communication, and related disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve communication and functional outcomes
• Educate patients and families on speech and language disorders, treatment strategies, and progress
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care
