Job Title: Material Handler
Pay: $24.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Material Handler to join our team. This role involves palletizing and handling bags weighing up to 85 pounds, operating forklifts, and supporting warehouse operations to ensure an efficient, safe, and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely lift, move, and palletize bags up to 85 lbs on a regular basis

• Operate CAT sit-down forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials

• Maintain an organized and clean work area

• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols

• Assist with inventory handling, staging, and general warehouse tasks as needed

• Work efficiently and proactively with minimal supervision

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:

• Ability to consistently lift and handle materials up to 85 lbs

• Valid forklift experience; must be able to safely operate CAT sit-down forklifts

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and self-starter mindset

• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move throughout the shift

• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred
