About the Role
We're partnering with a leading M&E subcontractor delivering a flagship hyperscale data centre in the Buckinghamshire / West London corridor, a major, high-value project at the cutting edge of mission-critical infrastructure. They're looking for a high-calibre Electrical Project Manager to take ownership of a significant electrical package and play a key role in delivering one of the region's most high-profile DC builds. You'll be front-facing with the client and main contractor, driving programme, managing risk, and ensuring flawless execution on a fast-paced, high-spec build. Key Responsibilities Lead delivery of electrical packages on a large-scale data centre project Drive programme, manage risk, and ensure milestones are achieved Oversee subcontractors, procurement, and installation activities Take ownership of budgets, forecasts, and commercial performance Ensure all works meet mission-critical quality and compliance standards Champion a strong health & safety culture on site Act as the key interface with client, main contractor, and consultants Lead commissioning activities through to successful handover What We're Looking For Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager on major construction projects Strong background in data centres, critical infrastructure, or high-spec commercial builds Track record delivering large electrical packages (£10m+) Experience working within an M&E subcontractor environment Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage cost and programme Confident leading teams and engaging with senior stakeholders Desired: Previous hyper-scale data centre experience Commissioning exposure within mission-critical environments If you're an experienced Electrical Project Manager looking to step into a high-profile data centre project with a top-tier M&E specialist, this is an opportunity not to miss.
