Grundvoraussetzung für eine Werkstudierenden-Stelle bei Schaeffler ist der Nachweis einer Immatrikulation während der Tätigkeit. Diese Stelle ist ab sofort zu besetzen.

• Unterstützung bei der konzernübergreifenden Integration und Harmonisierung von Vitesco Technologies in das Prozessmodell „SchaefflerNeu“
• Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen sowie Unterstützung bei der Vor- und Nachbereitung von Projektmeetings und Gremiensitzungen
• Unterstützung bei administrativen und operativen Aufgaben im Rahmen der Koordination des GPO Champions Network
• Durchführung von Recherchen und strukturierte Aufbereitung relevanter Informationen
• Bearbeitung von Ad-hoc-Aufgaben, beispielsweise Informationsbeschaffung, Konsolidierung, Datenpflege sowie Unterstützung bei übergreifenden Abfragen an Process Manager
• Mithilfe bei manuellen Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit Support Process Feedback, Heatmap-Auswertungen und beim Testen des Chatbots

• Fortgeschrittenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Informationsmanagement oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
• Ausgeprägte IT-Affinität, analytisches Denken und Interesse an Prozess- und Datenmanagement
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, organisatorisches Geschick, Eigeninitiative, Lernbereitschaft, Flexibilität
