Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
Registered with Social Work England (or equivalent regulatory body).
Experience working in adult services or community wellbeing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
