<strong>Digital Apprenticeship Trainer/Coach</strong><br><strong><br>Salary:</strong> up to £55,000 per annum<br> <strong>Location:</strong> Remote working with occasional travel for clients and head office meetings<br> <strong>Job Type:</strong> Full-time, Permanent<br><ul><li>Benefits: Up to 34 days annual leave, including bank holidays.</li><ul><li>Additional Christmas shutdown days</li><li>.Fully reimbursed business travel and accommodation.</li><li>Ongoing CPD and professional development opportunities.</li></ul></ul>An exciting opportunity has arisen with a growing apprenticeship provider seeking an experienced <strong>Digital Apprenticeship Skills Coach</strong> to support learners across Digital Support Technician, Data Technician, Data Analyst, and emerging AI & Automation programmes.<br>This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong technical digital skills and apprenticeship delivery experience who is passionate about developing the next generation of digital talent.<br>This company have an amazing reputation for Quality, highly learner centric and offer a relaxed, supportive working environment. Caseloads management is a maximum of 35 learners.<br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br><ul><li>Deliver virtual and face-to-face technical workshops.</li><ul><li>Coach apprentices in Microsoft 365, digital systems, IT support, data handling, and workplace technology.</li><li>Support learners with portfolio development and EPA preparation.</li><li>Conduct learner progress reviews and maintain strong employer relationships.</li><li>Develop engaging learning resources and contribute to curriculum improvements.</li><li>Support learners in applying technical skills within real workplace environments.</li></ul></ul><strong>What We're Looking For</strong><br><strong>Essential</strong><br><ul><li>Experience delivering Digital, AI or Data Apprenticeship programmes.</li><ul><li>Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, digital systems, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Understanding of apprenticeship standards, KSB mapping, and EPA preparation.</li><li>Experience creating and delivering training materials.</li><li>Knowledge of AI tools and digital automation.</li><li>Excellent coaching, communication, and learner support skills.</li><li>Relevant Digital, IT, or Data qualifications at level 5 and above</li><li>Teaching, training, assessing, or coaching qualifications- highly desirable</li></ul></ul> <br><strong>Interested?</strong><br> Contact <strong>Simon Atkins at Pertemps on 07894 752230 </strong>for a confidential discussion or to apply.
