Panel Beater / MET Technician (Dual Skilled)

£19.50 – £22 per hour + Bonus + Overtime

We’re working with a well-established, manufacturer-approved bodyshop that takes real pride in doing things properly. This is not a high-volume, corner-cutting environment — the focus here is on quality repairs and consistency of work.

Due to the nature of the workshop, they’re looking for a true all-rounder — someone comfortable carrying out both panel repairs and MET work to a high standard.

This role will suit someone who learned their trade the “old school” way, where being multi-skilled wasn’t a bonus… it was the norm.

The Role

• Carry out high-quality panel repairs and structural work
• Strip and refit vehicles (MET) as required
• Work across a mix of insurance and private jobs
• Ensure all repairs are completed to manufacturer standards
• Take ownership of your work from start to finish

What They’re Looking For

• Proven experience as both a Panel Beater and MET Technician
• Comfortable working across both disciplines day-to-day
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Ability to manage jobs independently in a smaller workshop environment
• Someone who values quality over rushing through volume
