They have a huge vision and are building a platform driven by the founders inspiring vision and personal journey.  Responsibilities: As the Lead Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the frontend development team, architecting efficient and reusable front-end systems, collaborating with UI/UX designers, and ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Qualifications: Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design skills Experience with Reactive and mobile applications Expertise in React.js Relentless optimism and hunger for success Proven track record of delivering MVP and beyond Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent teamwork and communication skills This position is a remote-first position based in Kitchener/Waterloo with the expectation to work in-person at the office on occasion.
