They are seeking a proactive HRBP who can support business leaders in driving organisational performance, developing talent, and creating a high-performing culture whilst remaining hands-on with day-to-day people matters<strong>.</strong></p>
<p><strong>The Role</strong></p>
<p>Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will act as a trusted advisor across the business, providing expert HR support, influencing key people decisions, and leading a variety of strategic HR initiatives.</p>
<p>This role requires someone who can balance long-term planning with operational delivery. You’ll be comfortable shaping people strategy while also managing employee relations, supporting managers, and ensuring the smooth running of HR activities.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>

<li>Partner with senior stakeholders to develop and implement people strategies aligned to business objectives.</li>
<li>Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on people management and organisational effectiveness.</li>
<li>Lead and support organisational change, transformation, and growth initiatives.</li>
<li>Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management activities.</li>
<li>Use people data and insights to inform decision-making and improve business outcomes.</li>
<li>Manage a range of employee relations cases, ensuring a pragmatic and commercially focused approach.</li>
<li>Support recruitment and retention strategies within a competitive technology market.</li>
<li>Review, develop, and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices.</li>
<li>Contribute to leadership development and employee engagement initiatives.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR governance requirements.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>About You</strong></p>
<p>To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced HR professional with a strong blend of strategic thinking and operational capability.</p>
<p><strong>You will bring:</strong></p>

<li>Proven experience in an HR Business Partner role within a technology, digital, IT, SaaS, or fast-growth environment.</li>
<li>Strong employee relations experience and confidence managing complex casework.</li>
<li>Experience supporting organisational change, transformation, and business growth.</li>
<li>Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.</li>
<li>Commercial awareness and the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.</li>
<li>A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to personally deliver outcomes.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.</li>
<li>CIPD qualification (or equivalent) would be advantageous.</li>
