Perform administrative duties such as opening/closing the clinic, inventory management, patient follow-up, and maintaining a clean environment. Handle patient appointments and perform routine examinations to ensure positive health outcomes. Engage patients in their healthcare through health screenings, behavioral health and wellness services, and chronic condition management. Collaborate with a dedicated clinical care team to improve patient outcomes. Critical Information Every other weekend shift required with possible holiday rotations. This is an in-person, patient-facing role. Varied weekdays from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM; training will be Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM for 3 weeks. Education/Licenses Needed Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and state license for Advanced Practice Nursing.
