About the Role

Join us for a pivotal mission throughout the 2026 fiscal year. We are moving away from traditional "maintenance" and focusing on a Strategic Business Transformation. We are looking for an architect—a high-level strategist who doesn't just manage the current state but actively builds the future of our global revenue engine. You will be responsible to proactively identifying and solving complex operational bottlenecks to drive revenue growth. Your key responsibilities will include: End-to-End Process Automation: Driving automation across the entire sales funnel by designing and implementing workflows that eliminate manual work. Strategic Process Re-engineering: Auditing the Lead-to-Cash journey to identify structural inefficiencies and designing scalable processes that allow sales growth without increasing overhead. Transformation Data Architecture: Designing KPI tracking logic and ensuring insights are delivered through automated, real-time dashboards. Cross-Functional System Integration: Acting as a technical bridge between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure seamless system integration and high data integrity across platforms. Salesforce Architecture Optimization: Partnering with technical teams to optimize Salesforce data models, object relationships, and automation for long-term scalability and business intelligence. 2026 Strategic Initiatives: Supporting the rollout and adoption of new frameworks and transformation initiatives. Your Profile Experience: 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar analytical role (SaaS experience preferred). Technical Edge: Salesforce experience is a strong plus. Salesforce Admin certification or hands-on experience with CPQ and Billing systems is highly valued. Problem-Solving Mindset: You don’t just identify issues — you design and implement structural, long-term improvements. Analytical Depth: Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, scalable automation logic that stakeholders can easily understand. Communication: Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
