About the Role

Residential Living Recruitment have partnered with a leading developer-owner-operator to recruit a Leasing Associate for a portfolio of high-quality co-living developments across London.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking, design-led rental brand focused on creating exceptional living experiences and vibrant communities. You’ll be part of a business that is redefining modern renting, combining beautifully designed homes with a strong sense of community and outstanding customer service.

As a Leasing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving occupancy and revenue performance. Acting as the first point of contact for prospective residents, you’ll deliver a seamless, consultative leasing journey from initial enquiry through to reservation.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to incoming enquiries across multiple channels in a prompt and professional manner
  • Conduct engaging in-person and virtual viewings, showcasing apartments and community lifestyle
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings, maximising occupancy and revenue
  • Build strong rapport with prospective residents, understanding their needs and matching them to suitable homes
  • Proactively follow up on all leads and pipeline opportunities to drive conversion
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pricing, availability, and unit mix to support effective sales conversations
  • Accurately record all activity within CRM and property management systems
  • Issue offers and reservation documents in line with company procedures
  • Support marketing activity including portal listings, email campaigns, and social media outreach
  • Provide market feedback and insights on customer trends, competitor activity, and pricing

Your Requirements:

    n
  • Experience in a leasing or residential property role (BTR, Co-living, or agency preferred)
  • Proven ability to convert leads and drive occupancy performance
  • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on revenue generation and results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust
  • Confident presenter, comfortable conducting high-quality viewings and tours
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple enquiries
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) and property systems (e.g. MRI/Qube) is desirable
  • Strong customer service ethos with a passion for delivering exceptional resident experiences
  • Genuine interest in the real estate and residential living sector
