<p>Head of Testing &#8211; Contract &#8211; &pound;950 to &pound;1150 inside IR35 &#8211; Dublin (2/3 days per week)</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>La Fosse are seeking a highly experienced Interim Head of Testing to provide senior leadership and oversight across a complex UK programme during a critical delivery phase. This role will stabilise, strengthen, and mature the test capability, with a clear focus on readiness for an initial Go Live at the end of July.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>This is a head-of-function leadership role, accountable for the end‑to‑end test agenda and requiring confident engagement with C‑suite and Executive Directors.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Own the end‑to‑end test strategy and act as the single point of accountability for test quality, risk, and go‑live readiness</li> <li>Provide clear, credible test status, risk, and confidence reporting to Executive and Board‑level stakeholders</li> <li>Lead test governance across a complex, multi‑workstream and multi‑vendor landscape, ensuring quality gates, metrics, and controls are in place</li> <li>Drive a pragmatic, risk‑based testing approach aligned to business, operational, and regulatory priorities</li> <li>Define and embed &ldquo;what good looks like&rdquo; for testing, balancing immediate delivery needs with sustainable capability uplift</li> <li>Provide hands‑on leadership, coaching, and challenge to the Test Lead and wider test community</li> <li>Maintain sharp focus on delivery milestones, particularly readiness for the first Go Live at the end of July</li> <li>Provide clear visibility of residual risk and make informed test‑led recommendations into go‑live decisions</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>How to apply:</p> <p>Please click the link to apply</p> <p>, </p>
