</ul><div>We are looking for a Client Solutions Coordinator to serve as a friendly, professional first point of contact for our customers and a key part of helping projects move smoothly from idea to installation. This is not an ordinary sales job. This is a consultative sales and project coordination role. This dynamic, customer-facing role blends front-counter sales, account support, project coordination, web request follow-up, and administrative follow-through. You’ll work directly with customers, prepare estimates, coordinate with internal teams, and help ensure every project is handled with care. You’ll be part of a supportive, knowledgeable, and collaborative team where there is always someone to work with, learn from, and consult with. Working across a four-location franchise means every day brings variety, teamwork, and creative projects that are visible throughout the community. It’s a fun, fast-moving, and exciting environment for someone who enjoys people, problem-solving, organization, and seeing ideas come to life.</div><div>
<br>Key Responsibilities</div><ul>
<li> Greet walk-in customers and answer incoming calls with a positive, professional attitude </li>
<li> Monitor and respond to web requests, online inquiries, and lead submissions in a timely and professional manner </li>
<li> Ask questions to understand customer needs, goals, timelines, budgets, and project requirements </li>
<li> Recommend signage, graphics, branding, and visual communication solutions </li>
<li> Prepare accurate estimates, quotes, and work orders </li>
<li> Follow up on quotes and help convert opportunities into sales </li>
<li> Process deposits, payments, invoicing, and basic billing tasks </li>
<li> Coordinate projects with design, production, and installation teams </li>
<li> Communicate timelines, approvals, updates, and changes clearly to customers </li>
<li> Maintain accurate customer records, job notes, and project details </li>
<li> Support quality control by reviewing job details, proofs, and completed work as needed </li>
<li> Help ensure customers receive an excellent experience from first contact through final delivery </li>
<li> Support marketing efforts such as project photos, social media content, direct mail, and customer outreach </li>
</ul><div>Qualifications</div><ul>
<li> Previous experience in customer service, sales, account coordination, project coordination, or administrative support </li>
<li> Strong communication and interpersonal skills </li>
<li> Comfortable with consultative selling, problem-solving, and helping customers make decisions </li>
<li> Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-through abilities </li>
<li> Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment </li>
<li> Confident using Microsoft Office, email, and general business software </li>
<li> Willingness to learn industry-specific tools such as POS, CRM, estimating, and project management software </li>
<li> Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service </li>
<li> High school diploma or equivalent required </li>
<li> Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation </li>
</ul><div>The following experience is helpful but not required:</div><ul>
<li> Sign, graphics, printing, marketing, or visual communications industry experience </li>
<li> Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar programs </li>
<li> Experience with CRM systems, POS software, or project management tools </li>
<li> Proven sales experience, especially consultative or solution-based selling </li>
<li> Basic understanding of branding, marketing, and visual communication </li>
<li> Some college coursework or relevant certifications </li>
