THE ROLE

As a Product Data Analyst/Scientist, you will:

  • Own and drive product analytics, focusing on user behaviour and personalisation.
  • Deliver insights that directly influence product strategy and experimentation.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track product performance and user engagement.
  • Partner with stakeholders across product and analytics to communicate insights effectively.
  • Support the business in becoming more data-driven, shaping commercial and product decisions.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in product analytics, within B2C consumer tech businesses
  • Strong SQL skills essential.
  • Proficiency with data visualisation tools (Looker preferred, open to others).
  • Experience with Python desirable.
  • Product analytics expertise: experimentation, dashboarding, and driving product strategy.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience influencing product roadmaps and delivering commercial impact.

The Role

  • Own the CRM strategy for end of lifecycle and payment-related journeys
  • Analyse why subscribers default, lapse or disengage, and identify opportunities to prevent churn
  • Segment customers using behavioural and payment data to define targeted communication strategies
  • Design and test CRM campaigns across different customer groups to optimise engagement and retention
  • Work closely with CRM managers, designers and developers to brief and shape campaigns
  • Contribute to future win-back and retention projects as the role evolves
