VP of Operations

The VP of Operations will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational performance, driving process improvements, strengthening safety and quality initiatives, and leading high-performing teams across production, logistics, and supply chain functions.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience within a steel service center or metals distribution environment, with a proven track record of improving efficiencies, managing P&L responsibilities, and scaling operations to support growth. Strategic leadership, operational discipline, and a hands-on approach will be key to success in this role.
