  • Develop, implement, and refine a comprehensive junior tennis training program.
  • Conduct high-quality individual and group coaching sessions for various age and skill levels.
  • Monitor player progress, provide constructive feedback, and set achievable performance goals.
  • Organise and oversee participation in local, regional, and national tournaments.
  • Mentor and guide assistant coaches, fostering a collaborative coaching environment.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all junior participants during training and events.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive sporting culture within the club.
  • Manage equipment and court scheduling for junior programs.
  • Minimum of 5 years of coaching experience in tennis, with a proven track record in junior development.
  • Recognised coaching qualification (e.g., LTA Level 3 or equivalent).
  • In-depth knowledge of modern tennis techniques, strategies, and sports science principles.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
  • Ability to assess player needs and tailor coaching accordingly.
