Proper configuration of this tool as an enterprise service implements ITIL best practices and has been a game-changer. It automated inventory and discovery of all enterprise IT assets and aligned them with their associated business services and configuration items. Our integration with enterprise monitoring tools like Microsoft System Center Operations Manager provides real-time monitoring and incident management. Anytime an enterprise threshold is breeched, it automatically opens incidents, and once resolved, automatically closes them. Providing these capabilities in an accredited IL-4 instance ensures potentially sensitive operational and performance data is properly protected.
