The companies of the EMS Group are grouped together in the EMS-CHEMIE HOLDING AG, which has its registered office in Domat/Ems, Switzerland. EMS-CHEMIE HOLDING AG is the only listed company within the scope of consolidation. EMS registered shares (EMSN, ISIN: CH0016440353) are listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange. As at December 31, 2025, the market capitalization of EMS amounted to CHF 12,852.3 million.
No subsidiaries hold EMS registered shares.
