Immediate contract work available with busy Santa Cruz company! Hours are somewhat flexible, 10 am to 3 pm M-F is a suggested schedule, but will entertain other day shift availability.
In this clerical role you will answer phones, manage filing systems, perform document review, do internet research, handle mail distribution, prepare conference room for meetings and visitors, order supplies, etc.
Candidates for this role should enjoy detailed clerical projects, be flexible to supporting office needs from report creation to stocking the break room refrigerator.
