DOCTOR for ROYAL CARIBBEAN GROUP!
The Doctor is responsible for delivering high-quality medical care to guests and crew onboard a cruise ship. The role includes emergency response, diagnosis, treatment, and management of a wide range of medical conditions in accordance with international maritime and company medical standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide emergency, urgent, and routine medical care to guests and crew
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions onboard
- Respond to medical emergencies, trauma cases, and critical situations
- Conduct daily clinic consultations and sick calls
- Perform minor procedures and patient stabilization when required
- Prescribe medications and manage ongoing treatment plans
- Coordinate medical evacuations (medevac) when necessary
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and reports
- Ensure compliance with maritime health regulations and company protocols
- Support infection control and outbreak prevention measures onboard
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 21 years old
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Medical Degree (MD or equivalent qualification)
- Valid license to practice medicine independently
- Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience
- High adaptability to multicultural and dynamic working conditions
- Willingness to work onboard on rotational contracts (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
- Ability to communicate tactfully and effectively with guests, department heads and crewmembers to foresee and resolve problems and negotiate resolutions.
