Warehouse Operatives

MAK Jobs is recruiting hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our client’s team. This is an ongoing temporary to permanent role.

Location: Based at NN7 (Northampton). Please ensure you can reliably travel to this location before applying.

Salary:

•  AM shift: £12.49 per hour (Overtime: £18.74 per hour)

•  PM shift: £12.49 per hour (Overtime: £18.74 per hour)

•  Nights shift: £12.74 per hour (Overtime: £19.11 per hour)

Shifts:

•  Monday to Friday: 06:00 – 14:00

•  Monday to Friday: 14:00 – 22:00

•  Monday to Friday: 22:00 – 06:00

About the Role: In this position, you will be responsible for transferring stock from euro pallets to CHEP pallets, primarily handling products weighing between 12–15 kg. Key responsibilities include:

•  Transferring stock from euro pallets to CHEP pallets.

•  Handling products weighing 12–15 kg.

•  Restacking products and maintaining stock organisation as required.

•  Adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.

•  Performing all other warehouse and housekeeping duties as assigned.
