Have the ability to take ownership of your customer base, being able to meet or exceed their contractual requirements. To be able to closely work with the customer in order to identify operational issues that the client can resolve. To provide concise and clear quoted solutions for repairs, improvements, and upgrades. Advise and assist Sales and Operations Managers with larger opportunities. Be a part of the call out rota. Requirements To have a background in BMS, Electrical and/or HVAC industry Already possessing field service engineer experience, where part of your role involved looking after customers.
