An opportunity has arisen to join the public sector as an Administrator based at Knockbracken Healthcare Park. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of services within a busy and professional environment.
About the role:
£12.75 per hour
Location: Graham House, Knockbracken Healthcare Park, Belfast
Part-time, 20 hours per week (2 full days plus a half day)
Duration: temporary until 31/03/2027

What you'll be doing in this role:
Managing communications
Supporting meetings including minuting and note-taking
Producing documentation
Maintaining records
Ensuring effective liaison with both internal and external stakeholders
What you'll need for this role:
Demonstrate 1 years experience in an administrative role.
Minimum of 4 GCSEs grade A*- C including English & Maths or equivalent (QCF Level 2).
Working knowledge of suite of MS packages.
Ability to prioritise and work within timescales and deadlines.
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to identify problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
