Early Years TA - Level 3 - Dewsbury

About the Role:

Justteachers is recruiting a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant for a long-term role in a nursery school in Dewsbury from September. The school has a strong focus on early development and creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive. A permanent opportunity is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
• Deliver engaging activities to support early literacy, numeracy and communication skills.
• Assist with observations and assessments.
• Support children’s social, emotional and behavioural development.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.

Pre-requisites:

• Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification.
• Experience working within an EYFS setting.
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and practice.
• Ability to provide two education-based references.
