Level 3 SEN Support Assistant - EHCP Focus

This is an opportunity to play a key role in supporting students with complex needs and EHCPs, helping them access education in a way that works for them.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualised support aligned with EHCP targets
• Support students with autism, communication needs, and SEMH
• Adapt activities and resources to suit different learning needs
• Work collaboratively with teaching and pastoral teams

• You’ll support not just learning, but emotional development

Requirements:

• Level 3 TA qualification or equivalent experience
• Experience supporting SEN in an educational setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
