Title: Does not work to connect monitor as listed
Review: Works fine to connect USB drives and devices Through USB-C laptop port on my Aspire A515-56 but will not work with HDMI for Samsung 27 in. monitorUpdate. In response to this review, The seller responded after researching my laptop to explain that the laptop USB-C port does not support video and offered a full refund. With this excellent response I am increasing the review to 5 stars.

Title: Great multiport adapter, can even be used to charge multiple devices!
Review: My new work laptop only has USB-C ports, no Ethernet port, and no regular UBC ports. And this multiport adapter fixes all that. And for laptops that charge through the USB-C ports and only have one USB-C port (like my personal laptop), this adapter solves that problem too. One added bonus, if you plug your laptop charger into the adapter USB-C power port, you can now charge your devices by simply plugging them into the other ports (both the USB-C and regular USB ports), which saved my bacon on a recent trip when I forgot to bring my multiport charger.

Title: Great, but gets hot.
Review: This works exactly how it should. Allows me to have my laptop set up as a mobile work station where I can quickly plug in all of my external items such as a monitor, keyboard and mouse, multiple printers, and more, on top of it supplying power to charge my laptop. Plenty of ports on it for all your needs. The only down side is that it does get hot, but it isnt a big deal, I just wish it stayed a little cooler.

Title: Work the money.
Review: It has everything you need to make your phone your computer. I was able to hook up a controller, my power supply, an HDMI cable, Ethernet cable, mouse and keyboard. It all worked out perfectly. And this was on an old Galaxy Note 9. Definitely worth the money. I was a little confused about why my controller would not work at first and that is when I realized that my phone didn’t understand that it was a wireless controller, so when I connected a wired controller it worked. I hooked the HDMI to the projector and played my game. It was awesome the PD port keep everything charged. The design it nice and very light weight. I had no speed issues. Connecting is straight plug and play.

Title: Faulty Product/ No Customer Service
Review: **BUYER BEWARE**First, although this product bares the Acer brand name, it is not serviced by Acer directly. You have to contact Acer Gadgets for service. Their service number provided on the booklet that comes with this product is useless. No one picks up within the stated business hours. All you can do is leave a voicemail for a call back. As of today, I have not received one back.Second, this item was purchased specifically so that I could get a hard wire connection to my Hp laptop. I needed this in order to pass a PC scan for an employer I wish to work with, and one of the requirements is that I have a hard wired connection. Once all hooked up, I could not complete the PC scan. At a certain point, my connection would drop. I would restart this hub, get connection again, but the moment I tried to just about anything online, the connection would dropLet me give some background info. I have a brand new laptop, a brand new ethernet cable, and this hub was brand new as well. Long story short, this hub was the cause of a long and arduous process that involved days of working on settings on the laptop, calling my internet provider several times, and attempting to reach customer support for this item (which I never could). Due to all the back and forth, and certainly not thinking all these issues could be caused by this brand new hub, I lost the job opportunity I purchased this item for. After many days of stressing out, changing settings one by one to attempt to get a consistent connection, using different ethernet cables to make sure the cable wasn’t bad, the only thing left was the multi port hub. Again, being brand new, I did not suspect it was the cause, but it was the only thing left. I ordered an Hp multi port hub, and when it came in, I plugged it in, changed some very simple settings, and have been having a consistent connection since.This item caused me to lose the job opportunity due to their faulty product and lack of customer service. I will be returning this product immediately. Please, do not purchase this product or from this seller. While Acer Gadget is an affiliate of Acer, they do not have the customer service Acer does.

Review: Todo bien, salvo el ethernet. Dice que da 1000 MBps, y da la cuarta parte, 250 MBps, así que si se quieren 1000MBps es mejor enchufar el ethernet directamente al ordenador, y ahí sí los tienes.
