Primary Teacher Leeds

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Primary Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in the LS9 area of Leeds from September 2026. This part-time role (2 days per week) is part of a job share arrangement, offering a competitive daily rate of £160–£200 (pro rata) depending on experience. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the existing class teacher to deliver high-quality teaching and maintain consistency in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the primary national curriculum.
• Work closely with the job share teacher to maintain continuity and consistency.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress to support strong outcomes.
• Create a positive and well-managed classroom environment.

Pre‑requisites:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting.
• Strong communication and organisational skills for effective job share collaboration.
• A flexible, proactive, and team-focused approach.
