Registered Manager - Learning Disabilities & Autism
Location: Birmingham
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum + Excellent Company Benefits
Hours: Full Time

PSR Solutions Healthcare are delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded care provider to recruit an experienced Registered Manager for a small residential service in Birmingham.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and dedicated manager with a strong background in Learning Disabilities and Autism to lead a person-centred service, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and quality of life for the people you support.

As Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service, leading and developing your team while ensuring exceptional care is delivered to adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs and Personality Disorders.

Requirements

• Proven management experience within Learning Disability and Autism services (essential)
• A strong understanding of person-centred support for adults with complex needs
• Previous experience working within CQC-regulated residential services
• A recognised management qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
• Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive positive change
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
