Sales Team Leader Liverpool | Full-time and Part-time (Monday–Friday only) £28,000 base salary + bonuses (OTE of £30,000 per annum) We are a specialist sales and customer consultancy working with established UK and international brands across B2B, customer priority, and marketing campaigns. With over 120 professionals in our company, we focus on quality conversations, long-term partnerships, and developing people into confident commercial leaders. The Opportunity As a Sales Team Leader, you will represent premium campaigns and act as a trusted point of contact for customers. Your role is to understand needs, simplify decision-making, and deliver a high standard of customer experience across every interaction. This is a client-facing, offering clear progression and continuous professional development. Key Responsibilities Engage customers in professional, consultative conversations Identify needs through effective questioning and active listening Present information clearly and confidently to support informed decisions Enhance the customer journey by delivering tailored solutions with clients  Contribute to campaign strategy through client meetings and feedback Uphold brand standards and maintain a customer-first approach Candidate Profile We select based on attitude, professionalism, and potential . Full training and ongoing coaching are provided. You will be: Confident, articulate, and personable Commercially minded with strong attention to detail Self-motivated and comfortable working towards targets Resilient, coachable, and driven to progress A driving licence is preferred but not essential.
