Creative Director -Cheshire

<p>Creative Director reporting to the Managing Director to lead high-profile brand experience work and help shape the direction of the creative team.</p> <p>mnaged contracts of 5 million<br /> This role is responsible for defining and driving the creative vision across major projects, leading concept development, and presenting ideas clearly and persuasively to clients and internal stakeholders. You&#8217;ll also play a key role in mentoring creatives, improving ways of working, and supporting new business growth.</p> <p>This is a collaborative, team‑oriented environment with a hybrid working model and regular in‑person time in the office.</p> <p>Lead the creative direction for major experiential projects from concept through delivery<br /> Develop compelling ideas that respond to client objectives and commercial goals<br /> Present creative thinking with clarity and confidence to senior stakeholders<br /> Guide and mentor creative team members and freelance talent<br /> Collaborate closely with strategy, production, operations, and account teams<br /> Contribute to pitches, proposals, and opportunities for account growth<br /> Champion new tools, ideas, and best practices across the creative team</p> <p>Significant experience in a Creative Director or similar senior creative role<br /> Strong background in experiential and event agency environments<br /> Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills<br /> A strategic thinker who can connect creative work to business impact<br /> Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate, mentor, and inspire teams<br /> Confident collaborating across disciplines to bring ideas to life<br /> A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with strong commercial awareness</p>
