</p> <p><em>Move On &amp; Resettlement Officer</em></p> <p> Slough Full Time</p> <p>Are you passionate about helping people secure stable housing and build independent futures?</p> <p>We&#8217;re looking for a <strong>Move On &amp; Resettlement Officer</strong> to support households living in temporary accommodation to move into sustainable long-term homes, primarily within the <strong>Private Rented Sector (PRS)</strong>.</p> <p>In this rewarding role, you&#8217;ll work directly with individuals and families, helping them identify housing options, overcome barriers to move-on, and access employment, training, and support services.
