Equity Research Analyst

Our client, a long-only asset manager, is looking to hire an Equity Analyst to cover AIM and small/mid cap UK companies. Responsibilities: Conduct fundamental analysis of companies in the AIM market to generate investment recommendations Monitor existing holdings and lead the construction and maintenance of portfolios Develop and maintain financial models Produce written research reports and present new ideas to the wider team Present at client meetings and new business pitches when required Candidate Profile: Relevant equity research experience on the buy-side or sell-side in the AIM or UK small/mid-cap space is essential Ideally portfolio management experience Strong financial modelling skills CFA qualification would be highly advantageous Intellectually curious and passionate about investing Extremely diligent and self-driven Mason Blake acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
