<p><strong>Project Manager</strong></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="none"><span data-ccp-parastyle="header">Location: </span></span></strong><span data-contrast="none"><span data-ccp-parastyle="header">Huntsville, AL</span></span></p> <p><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;134233117&quot;:false,&quot;134233118&quot;:false,&quot;335559738&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0}">&nbsp;</span><strong>TS/SCI REQUIRED/Current CI Poly</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-teams="true">Collect requirements, prepare scopes of work, conduct market research, and develop sole source justification if appropriate</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Assist the Contracting Officer and COTR with acquisition planning, execution, and administration</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Conduct pre-bid and pre-construction site visits</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Conduct technical review and evaluate project solicitations, proposals, quotes, and proposed change requests</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Manage design projects and review designs submitted for changes to Government facilities</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Oversee short-term and long-term construction projects within the customer site to ensure the completion of projects as per construction drawings, approved permits, and all safety regulations</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Review and approve shop drawings and submittals</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Create, distribute, and maintain all transmittal documents </span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Integrate and coordinate projects with field personnel</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Conduct construction inspections ensuring conformance with design specifications &amp; building codes</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Maintain, track, and update Contract Change Requests (CCRs)</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Prepare and distribute project communication (including official weekly status reports) with customers, management, integrated project teams and stakeholders </span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Host Utility Assistance Request (UAR) meetings between stakeholders and the general contractors to accommodate building outages</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Manage and evaluate contractor performance, and assist in the preparation of Contractor Performance Report (CPR) upon contract closeout</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Conduct/Approve punch-list items prior to property turnover</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Coordinate with government clients in strategy development, execution of enterprise space management, and de-confliction of space requirements</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Oversee and improve organizational processes used to plan and manage space throughout the area of responsibility</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Collect, organize, analyze, and prioritize customer requirements within the space management system of record. </span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Provide data, metrics, and input on space usage across the enterprise</span></li> <li><span data-teams="true">Develop presentations and lead coordination meetings with stakeholders&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <p><strong></strong></p> <ul> <li>TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree 6+ years of experience managing complex projects or 10+ years of experience in lieu of a degree</li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Microsoft Project</li> <li>Proficiency with developing project management plans, leading multi-discipline teams of architects and engineers from a variety of organizations, and monitoring/reporting project status</li> <li>Highly skilled in customer service and diverse stakeholder engagement</li> <li>Competent in reading and understanding construction drawings/specifications and knowledgeable in standard construction industry practices&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desired:</strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-teams="true">Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification&nbsp;</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
