<p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Construction Project Manager</strong></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="none"><span data-ccp-parastyle="header">Location:&nbsp;</span></span></strong><span data-contrast="none"><span data-ccp-parastyle="header">Hunstville, AL</span></span></p> <p><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;134233117&quot;:false,&quot;134233118&quot;:false,&quot;335559738&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0}">&nbsp;</span><strong>TS/SCI REQUIRED/Current CI Poly</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop project management plans</li> <li>Lead multi-disciplinary teams of architects and engineers from a variety of organizations</li> <li>Review designs submitted for changes to government facilities</li> <li>Assist with the management of project designs and/or construction efforts</li> <li>Integrate and coordinate projects with field personnel</li> <li>Conduct inspections to ensure conformance with design specifications and building codes</li> <li>Provide official weekly project status reports</li> <li>Prepare and distribute project communication with customers, management, integrated project teams, and stakeholders</li> <li>Collect requirements, prepare scopes of work, conduct market research, and develop sole source justifications, as needed</li> <li>Review and approve shop drawings and submittals</li> <li>Conduct and approve punch-list items prior to property turn-over</li> <li>Maintain, track, and update contract change requests</li> <li>Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout project lifecycle to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph</li> <li><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience or 7+ years of expereince managing complex projects, in lieu of a degree</span></li> <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Microsoft Project</li> <li>Proficiency with developing project management plans, leading multi-discipline teams of architects and engineers from a variety of organizations, and monitoring/reporting project status</li> <li>Highly skilled in customer service and diverse stakeholder engagement</li> <li>Competent in reading and understanding construction drawings/specifications and knowledgeable in standard construction industry practices</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desired:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification</li> <li>Experience with new building construction</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
