<p><strong>Security Project Manager</strong></p>

<p><strong data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Serves as the alternate contact for all security related matters regarding the MILCON program. </li>
<li>Assist the Lead Security Embed with overseeing the management of construction security operations.</li>
<li>Assist in developing, modifying, implementing and storing the Construction Security Plans (CSP) per each project.</li>
<li>Coordinate any security related changes to SEC and MILCON leadership prior to implementation.</li>
<li>Review’s, design/construction drawings, RFI’s, submittals, and any project/contract related changes and provides security guidance and recommendations.</li>
<li>Serves as the programs Site Security Manager (SSM) and identifies and reports on any security related violations and deviations from the CSP.</li>
<li>Assist in managing the construction security contracts, and report on program/project related updates.</li>
<li>Assist with the approval of Personal Equipment Devices (PED).</li>
<li>Assist with site and campus related access for the general/sub-contractors.</li>
<li>Attend and participate in all project/program related meetings and engagements when required.</li>
<li>Brief leadership and counterparts on all security related information and updates when applicable.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph</li>
<li>Associate’s degree and 7+ years of experience managing complex projects</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Microsoft Project</li>
<li>Proficiency with developing project management plans, leading multi-discipline teams of architects and engineers from a variety of organizations, and monitoring/reporting project status</li>
<li>Highly skilled in customer service and diverse stakeholder engagement</li>
<li>Competent in reading and understanding construction drawings/specifications and knowledgeable in standard construction industry practices</li>
</ul>
