<p><strong>Space Planner - #834</strong></p>

<p><strong data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Gather, analyze, and coordinate customer space and occupancy requirements.</li>
<li>Assist government personnel in identifying and resolving immediate and future space planning and occupancy needs.</li>
<li>Perform field measurements and validate existing facility conditions.</li>
<li>Conduct space audits to verify occupancy, utilization, personnel bed-downs, and space allocation accuracy.</li>
<li>Resolve spatial orientation and space utilization challenges within assigned facilities.</li>
<li>Develop and modify space layouts, floor plans, and occupancy configurations using AutoCAD and Revit.</li>
<li>Review and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and floor plans.</li>
<li>Coordinate projects and planning efforts with engineers, designers, project managers, quality assurance personnel, furniture teams, and government stakeholders.</li>
<li>Prepare recommendations regarding facility utilization, occupancy planning, and strategic space management initiatives.</li>
<li>Generate utilization, capacity, occupancy, and vacancy reports using the ARCHIBUS database.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate space inventory and occupancy records.</li>
<li>Assist in identifying gaps and discrepancies within accountable space inventories, including 1450 and 1450-1 accountable spaces.</li>
<li>Support planning studies, compliance documentation, and facility planning reports.</li>
<li>Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements related to space planning efforts.</li>
<li>Prepare written communications, briefings, and presentations for senior leadership.</li>
<li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize assignments to meet organizational requirements and deadlines.</li>
<li>Perform domestic and international travel as required to conduct facility assessments and space audits.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Facilities Management, Engineering, Planning, or a related field and 6+ years of expereince or 10+ years of expereince in lieu of a degree.</li>
<li>Experience using ARCHIBUS Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) software.</li>
<li>Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit for space planning and facility layout development.</li>
<li>Experience conducting facility space audits, occupancy assessments, and utilization studies.</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and construction drawings.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Adobe products.</li>
<li>Excellent customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience supporting senior leadership.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including periodic overseas travel.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Desired:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience supporting Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, or other federal government facilities.</li>
<li>Knowledge of facility management, workplace strategy, and strategic space planning principles.</li>
<li>Experience supporting large-scale occupancy planning or relocation initiatives.</li>
<li>Familiarity with facility utilization metrics, occupancy analytics, and reporting methodologies.</li>
<li>Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams in secure or mission-critical environments.</li>
