First, join and sell to the best of your ability. Demonstrate a pro-active approach to business development and enjoy being part of highly respected company. Secondly, take on management responsibilities and contribute to the overall strategy of the business. Finally, along with the Finance Director run the business day to day while the current MD takes a back seat. The great thing about this opportunity is we can look at someone with less experience, but great potential, who will need training, support and time to get to the final stage or a highly experienced individual who will move through the stages in rapid succession.
