Bradford Children and Families Trust is currently seeking an experienced and committed Social Worker to join their Children & Families Children with Disability Team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive and forward-thinking service dedicated to improving outcomes for children and families.
About the RoleAs a Social Worker within Children with disablity Team 1, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality social work practice, managing a varied caseload, and working collaboratively with families and partner agencies to safeguard and promote the welfare of children.
Undertake assessments, care planning, and interventions in line with statutory responsibilities
Manage complex cases within children's services
Work in partnership with multi-agency professionals to achieve positive outcomes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records
Working ArrangementsHybrid working model in place
Expectation to attend the office for specific duties, meetings, and team days in line with service needs
Flexible approach to support a healthy work-life balance
Essential Requirements:
Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
At least 3 years' experience as a social worker within children's services
Social Work England Registration
Driving license and access to own vehicle
