Social Worker Children with Disability Team Bradford Children and Families Trust Bradford Children and Families Trust is currently seeking an experienced and committed Social Worker to join their Children & Families Children with Disability Team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive and forward-thinking service dedicated to improving outcomes for children and families. About the RoleAs a Social Worker within Children with disablity Team 1, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality social work practice, managing a varied caseload, and working collaboratively with families and partner agencies to safeguard and promote the welfare of children.
