This is an exciting opportunity to work on end-to-end IAM solutions, from strategy and design to implementation, across a variety of industries. Having already completed one of the largest IAM transformation projects in Europe, and with a growing order book, this is your chance to step into a leadership role at a pivotal time in a globally respected business.. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end IAM transformation projects, overseeing all stages from strategy and design to implementation. Play a central role in crafting IAM strategy, guiding design, and ensuring successful implementation. Communicate complex IAM concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, demonstrating the business value of IAM. Tackle challenging IAM problems across industries, leveraging your deep understanding of technology and process to mitigate IAM risk in innovative ways. Provide mentorship and leadership to junior consultants, helping to develop and guide their careers. Key Requirements: Industry certifications such as CISSP or CISM. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience with multiple IAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk). Proven client-facing experience and a strategic mindset.
