Synergise Recruitment are looking for several Food Production Operatives to join a busy and growing food production facility producing frozen oven ready products for our client in the Newton Abbot area. Shift Patterns:
Day Shift: 07:00 – 15:30 – £12.70 per hour
Afternoon Shift: 15:00 – 22:30 – £14.49 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
– Working on a busy production line manufacturing frozen oven foods
– Ensuring the production line runs smoothly and efficiently
– Picking and packing finished products
– Spacing food items correctly to ensure even coverage
– Maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards
Requirements:
– Previous food production or factory experience desirable (but not essential)
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Reliable and punctual
– Comfortable working in a chilled environment
