About the Role
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">We are looking for a <strong>Expert SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Engagement Management (f/m/d)</strong> to join our <strong>Business Services</strong> division starting from <strong>March 2026</strong>.</span><br><br></p><h1><span style="font-size: 14.0pt;"><strong><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Your responsibilities</span></strong></span></h1><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Responsibility </strong>– You will be part of the Products & Technology team and will assume technical responsibility for the engagement management processes in the S/4HANA Public Cloud solution, ensuring a solution that is close to standard functions and industry requirements.</span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Guidelines </strong>– You will define guidelines, standards, and the solution architecture for EM to ensure that they are in line with our future system landscape. In addition, you will evaluate S/4 HANA Public Cloud innovations and support continuous improvement.</span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Integration </strong>– You will ensure the provision and maintenance of SAP S/4 HANA-based processes and solutions within the EM area, as well as their end-to-end integration. In addition, you will support Level 3 support and root cause analysis within S/4HANA Cloud, x-BOS solutions, and technical integration.</span><br><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Innovations </strong>– You evaluate and implement cloud innovations that can bring improvements through technologies such as RPA and ML. </span><br><br></p><h1><span style="font-size: 14.0pt;"><strong><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Your profile</span></strong></span></h1><ul><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">You have completed your studies in (business) information technology, economics, or a comparable degree program.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">You have several years of experience in SAP engagement management, e.g., in sales/opportunity/project management. Ideally, you have initial experience with S/4HANA Public Cloud and implementation in a multi-tenant/public cloud environment.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">In addition, you ideally have knowledge of SSCUI configuration for engagement management, including sales, material master, pricing, CPM, and EPPM.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">You are fluent in English and German both spoken and written.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Your analytical, independent, and structured approach to work supports you defining guidelines.
