<p>We are currently seeking a proactive and organised Housing Administrator to join a friendly and dedicated housing team. This is a varied and rewarding role supporting the day-to-day management of housing services and delivering a high standard of customer service to residents. Working closely with senior team members, you will play a key role in supporting housing management activities across a diverse portfolio.</span> </span></p>
<p><strong>The Role</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Handling general tenancy enquiries and low-level complaints </span></li>
<li>Assisting with tenancy audits, home visits, and neighbourhood inspections </span></li>
<li>Supporting tenancy changes, mutual exchanges, and shared ownership processes </span></li>
<li>Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems </span></li>
<li>Assisting with rent administration, arrears monitoring, and payment processing </span></li>
<li>Supporting lettings processes, including advertising properties and onboarding new tenants </span></li>
<li>Liaising with external agencies such as local authorities and the DWP </span></li>
<li>Monitoring repairs and maintenance requests and tenant satisfaction </span></li>
<li>You will also contribute to the smooth running of the service by assisting colleagues and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. </span></li>

<ul>
<li>Experience within the housing sector would be desirable, but not essential for the right candidate with transferable skills.</span></li>
<li>Highly organised with strong administrative skills </span></li>
<li>A confident communicator with a customer-focused approach </span></li>
<li>Able to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively </span></li>
<li>Comfortable using IT systems and maintaining accurate records </span></li>
