Job Title: Machine Operator Location: Osakis, MN Compensation: $19.00–$23.00 per hour – paid weekly (15% 2nd shift differential, 20% weekend differential!)Schedule: Variety of shifts available including nights and weekends Job Type: Temp-to-HireAbout the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring weekend shift Machine Operators for a leading manufacturing company in Osakis, MN. In this role, you’ll help produce high quality machined parts while working with modern equipment and a supportive production team. If you enjoy hands-on work, solving machine challenges, and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this could be an excellent opportunity.What You’ll Do as a Machine Operator:Observe machine operations, detect malfunctions, and make adjustments as needed Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Measure and mark materials to guide machining steps Select, align, and secure fixtures, cutting tools, and accessories Set machine controls to regulate speed, feed, coolant, and depth of cut Perform trial runs to verify accuracy of machine settings Collaborate with engineers and production staff to resolve machining or assembly issues What You Need to Bring to the Machine Operator Role:High School Diploma or equivalent (2-year machining degree preferred) 1+ years of machining or machine operation experience Familiarity with CMM, GD&T, and SPC Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and depth micrometers Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally with or without reasonable accommodation Reliable transportation to Osakis, MN  #alexjobs Why You’ll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp to hire opportunities for long term stability where applicable.
