Accounts Payable Clerk

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST (PART TIME)
Detroit, MI (ONSITE Tues/Wed/Thus)
25 hours/week 
Pay: $21–$25/hr

Quick Summary:
Need a solid AP pro to jump in fast and keep invoices/payments moving. This is hands-on invoice processing, vendor maintenance, and payment support. Strong Excel is a must.

What you’ll be doing:

• Process and code vendor invoices; ensure approvals and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain vendor info (EFT/ACH, address, W-9/1099)
• Enter invoices in Financial Edge and support check runs/ACH + positive pay
• Handle payment/invoice inquiries and support basic reconciliations/journal entries as needed

Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable):

• 3+ years recent Accounts Payable experience
• Comfortable working onsite in Detroit Tues/Wed/Thurs (no remote days)
• Intermediate Excel (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, pivot tables, SUMIF/SUMIFS)
• Able to pass background check + drug screen
