Role Details Role: Supply Primary Teacher - mainstream and independent schools Start: Immediate / Ongoing Contract: Flexible daily supply with opportunities for part-time, full-time, and long-term roles Pay: £150 - £170 per day (PAYE) Long-term roles paid to scale (£180 - £260+ depending on experience) Why Tradewind? What We're Looking For Confident delivering lessons across the primary phaseStrong behaviour management and classroom presenceFlexible and adaptable approachPositive attitude and willingness to work in different schoolsGenuine enthusiasm for teaching and supporting pupils Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recognised overseas teaching qualificationExperience teaching in UK primary schools (placements accepted for ECTs)Strong safeguarding awarenessAvailability for at least 1 day per week Location We work with schools across the Borough of Hillingdon, including:HayesUxbridgeWest DraytonRuislipIckenhamHillingdonYiewsley Many schools are easily accessible via the Elizabeth Line, Metropolitan Line, Piccadilly Line, and local bus routes.
